Roles
- Plans are drawn to match a private block of land and as such each job is unique.
- We design and draw detail plans for your new house and extensions, using the Building Code of Australia and the council requirements.
- Your plans are designed with a 3D model (BIM: Building Information Model) and this can be used for a quantities and materials.
- From the working plans, you have a number of choices.
Including
- Concept and sketch drawing
- 3d models and rendering of the model, 3DÂ fly-arounds and waltkthroughs
- Plans for Pricing only: The "just enough" plans. Floor plans, elevations, simple sections/details (to make things clear for the builder) and site plans.
- Electrical Layout, Landscape, Shadow Diagrams.....
- Printed plans are normally prepared for A3 sheets.
- Development Application and Construction Certificate plans
